The first time this shipped it got lost but the second time it arrived promptly. The cost was quite shocking but it works perfect and that’s the most important thing I didn' t need the spring part, but the replacement key attached simply and easily no problem. The left shift key on my macbook got sticky and when I tried to remove it and clean it I broke two of the tiny plastic things that attached it to the spring (HINT: USE A GUITAR PICK TO REMOVE THE KEYS!). But 10/10 would buy from these folks again.Īrrived promptly and was an easy job to replace. Unfortunately when I got the computer from her I found the laptop had other damage so I never got to install the part.
